when ducky and i walked out of the grocery store one day, i looked over and saw this here pigeon taking a stroll through the assorted decorative gourds bin. obviously i had to take a picture! while doing so, a teenage girl walked by and said to her friend "EWWW! look at that bird on those onions! thats disgusting!!".. i found it more disgusting that she thought they were onions, personally.

First of all, this makes me think of this...

"If you are feeling frogie, then leap!"
[isn't even a word]

Second of all, the story makes me laugh, "Onions," even I know what an onion is!

Third,
I love the color, the pigeon stands out so nicely with all those oranges and red like colors.

yeah.. onion. i wanted to throw one of the non-onions at the girl. and make the pigeon my new friend. i thought he was pretty cool since he was living my dream.. walking over festive gourds covered in feathers.

aw, thank you so much nia! i liked how the colors came out, too. this was one of those quick snapshots that one takes in hopes of it coming out good.. and it did. i love those pictures :)

meh, im willing to bet he was cleaner than half the people in the store. and nicer. he probably did poop on them, but only cause he wanted to help decorate.
